All of my questions were readily answered. After surgery care was explained in detail verbally as well as with to go written instructions. Very patient focused.

I'd been passed around to 5 offices of derms and allergists due to a TeleHealth misdiagnosis from a Ford facility. It took some doing but they got me in fairly quickly, the 2 PAs I saw were gr8 and they got me started on the appropriate treatment once I'd cleared the insurance hoops. If had to reschedule appts more than a few times and they are always very kind and accomodating- and that is REALLY saying something the way things are today in the workplace. I how to meet Dr. Hamzavi sometimes. He runs a gr8 facility

Dr. Sofen was great! He explained everything in detail so I did not feel nervous about my procedure. He put thought into my incision so it would leave the smallest scar. Michelle was also fantastic. She kept checking to make sure I was doing good and explained my aftercare thoroughly. I would highly recommend this office.

Keeping in mind the kind of things you see s dermatologist for, some of which are very unpleasant.
My overall experience was wonderful. Great staff, very welcoming and knowledgeable. With great "bed side manners".
Mine was one of the more unpleasant procedures to under go, very worrisome. But the staff and doctor made it so that when it was over I thought to myself "that wasn't so bad after all ".
And they have Spotify, you can pick whatever you want to listen to during your procedure, I picked Metallica.

Being treated for my skin condition is not very good for me because I don't like needles. Dr. Jessica pokes me in my left thigh at least 8 times plus. I feel at ease with her giving me the injections. I've been dealing with this problem now for all most 3 years and it is very hard on my mental state. But coming to see Dr Jessica with her AWESOME bedside manner takes some of the pressure off me. And I can't leave out the nurses who assist her, always so polite and show so much compassion.
